WHAT IS THE "BLUE OCTO?"

Recent reports from around the country have G.R.A.N.D. detectives baffled and excited. Several witnesses have observed a never-before seen unidentified blue object (UBO), which G.R.A.N.D. believes could be a revolutionary new creature. The first person to have reported witnessing the UBO was Will Jafford, a central Ohio resident. "It was fast, so I didn't get a good look at it, but I could see it was definitely blue, and had eight sides. It looked like a blue-octo-thinga-ma-jig."
